Motorsport Resorts International ("MRI") has negotiated with proven motorsport design firm Paxton Waters Architecture to provide master planning and engineering services to ensure a professional driving experience for members.  On staff at PWA is former Formula One driver Derek Daly who will be contributing to track design specifications. 

In addition, MRI has retained a negotiated relationship with world-renown F1 track designer Tilke GmbH to provide support services. A draft site plan has been created and a preliminary master plan is scheduled for completion later in 2008.  MRI will post aerial photo's and a site plan to this website in coming months, as Blanco County has confirmed our ability to proceed with the project.
